There is even more to it as she got hit with a $14,000 fine from OSHA. Problem is, under common law OSHA has no authority over businesses unless they hire employees. As a salon owner she only hires independent contractors and has zero employees.
The CPS thing is a clear abuse of power. Luckily nothing came of it but still ridiculous.
