I always ask mask proponents. So if masks work at preventing the virus then would you wear that same mask in a room filled with poisonous gas? Of course not...right?... You'd need a much more serious mask with a fill face seal like the military's M-50 mask.

Masks don't "prevent the virus", they reduce its spread. When each infected person on average infects fewer then one person, the virus dies out.
