There aren't too many NYers who venture into my beach town in far Southern NJ. Now there are NY license plates in numbers I've never seen before, and I've owned/lived here for decades. People just go to other places and do what they want, even when NY was having a real problem before the curve was flattened, they fled to here and other places. Sort of like what happened in Italy when the people in quarantine fled south.
All the people that we see protesting need to stick together and go on these beaches together, they cant arrest all of us at once.
