Isn't the red rose a symbol of socialism? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rose_(symbolism)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labour_Party_(UK)

https://mashable.com/2017/05/27/hidden-meaning-rose-emoji-dsa/

2 quotes from him:

"By the way, I am actually a socialist. Just not the kind that shifts resources from most productive to least productive, pretending to do good, while actually causing harm."

"True socialism seeks greatest good for all."

He's definitely not pro-Trump:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elon_Musk

Before the election of Donald Trump as President of the United States, Musk criticized candidate Trump by saying: "I feel a bit stronger that he is probably not the right guy. He doesn't seem to have the sort of character that reflects well on the United States."[276] Following Donald Trump's inauguration, Musk expressed approval of Trump's choice of Rex Tillerson as Secretary of State and accepted an invitation to participate in two councils advising President Trump.[277][278] Regarding his cooperation with Trump, Musk has subsequently commented: "The more voices of reason that the President hears, the better."[279] He subsequently resigned from both business advisory councils in June 2017, in protest at Trump's decision to withdraw the United States from the Paris Agreement on climate change, stating: "Climate change is real. Leaving Paris is not good for America or the world".[280][281] In May 2020, amidst Musk's restarting of Tesla assembly plant production during the COVID-19 pandemic, Trump tweeted in support of Musk, which Musk welcomed and publicly thanked him for on Twitter.[282][283]

In August 2019, Musk came out on Twitter in support of the 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang, whose platform revolves around the ongoing problem of job displacement through technological automation and artificial intelligence. Musk said in a tweet that universal basic income, which Yang supports, is "obviously needed."[284]

Paris even for a global warming loom was a fraud. So obviously would have shifted production to hell holes with a fraction of the regulations the US has.

Unfortunately, I think you are right. The rose clearly is meant to represent the socialist rose. He is saying to get red pilled on socialism. Bummer. JR. should take down this tweet.

He literally mocked Marx and communism in another tweet today. It’s our Red Pill.

That is good news. It almost seems too good. Tesla is the most popular car in my smug leftist area and love the thought of how much this must irk those people.

counter point: Do a search right now on: elon musk take the red pill tweet

results that come up for me: https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/world/elon-musk-tweets-take-the-red-pill-in-another-strange-turn-for-the-billionaire/ar-BB14diPj

My point being is that it doesn't matter whether that rose was meant to be a reference to socialism. No one read it as such. All the lefty media just trained their crosshairs on him for that tweet. He will get so much shit from the them now, he will be pushed to the right soon by their hatred, even if he wasn't there yet.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely hope that you are correct and joins the Trump train or becomes conservative leaning, but I still think it's veiled. However, we will see as people are getting goddamn tired of the censorship coming out of the left.

Yes, look at his history. When you do research into his character, it makes way more sense than suddenly his becoming pro-MAGA.

MAGA is not about Trump, but it is the antithesis of socialism.

He’s a fucking socialist. That’s the “political box” he says he’s in.

Thank you, all that this person could do was downvote, mock and use emojis. That's the best argument that they can make. It's like talking to leftists when you use facts.

Has no one on this forum seen or heard of the DSA? The rose is their symbol, they use it constantly in their materials

Yang is a clown, his entire platform was a joke
