My friend, Texas isn't the place in United States to try to get electric cars to be the next biggest thing.
Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Nebraska, name any middle America state...is not the place to try to bring it out evolutionary change in automobile industry.
California was that place because of people's willingness to move towards the green energy. I for one am perfectly happy with the idea of electric automobiles. I think it's one of the ones that make sense out of the whole green energy notion. The other is nuclear for electricity.
