The congresswoman is still in the process of contesting the tax warrant....As anyone who's tried to contest a tax bill in error knows, it takes time.

Anyone who's contested a tax bill knows damn well it doesn't take two years to settle a $2k issue. This isn't IBM showing up with semis filled with records and a busload of lawyers.
