The FBI is violating the 2nd amendment since this covid bullshit started.
They don't like how many people started buying guns, so they stopped processing applications for background checks.
I haven't been able to pick up a simple Ruger 9mm handgun I bought from Bass Pro Shop over 2 months ago because the FBI is ignoring my application.
They didn't deny it. There is no reason to deny it. They're simply not processing it, therefore Bass Pro Shop won't let me pick up my gun that I paid them for 2 months ago.
This is a violation of the 2nd Amendment and nobody fucking cares. I've contacted an attorney and I intend to sue the fucking pants off Bass Pro Shop and FBI.
President Trump needs to step in and tell these commie faggot fucks at the alphabet agencies to uphold the Constitution and stop denying American citizens their right to purchase a firearm.
If you've had an application delayed longer than three days, you need to call an attorney and fight for our constitutional rights too, or else you're a fucking pussy loser with no balls and you don't deserve to be an American citizen.
There is no doubt in my mind that what you are saying is absolutely true. Further I firmly believe it is intentional and orchestrated.
1- don't buy from Bass Pro- they hate guns.
2- A real FFL can hand you the gun in states that require such a check after a period of no answer.

But I can't pick up my gun. Bass Pro Shop will not let me pick it up until FBI says "approved" and they won't cancel the sale and refund me. They have said so explicitly, several times now. My rights have been violated. I'm pissed off and I'm going to expose this shit and make sure it doesn't keep happening.
It's been two months. Two fucking months. They have my money, and I have jack shit.
Your problem is bass pro. They should have released. It. But they won't. I literally just had to file stop payments with my bank to Bass pro. A legit FFL would have released the weapon after no response.
2a issues are the MAIN issues for me personally and I am pleased with Trump mostly. I don't like the bump stock shit but I believe he would veto any gun control proposals and I believe it's more important to be nominating pro 2a judges than anything
Weird, my background check turned around fast. But my local shop told me I could come pick it up after the waiting period even if the background check didn't come back by then. Maybe shop somewhere else.
