See what's really funny is, here in Massachusetts, the medical marijuana law specifically states that one shall "not be denied any state right or privilege" for having the medical marijuana card. A gun license would, to my mind, fall under a "state right or privilege."
So basically nobody in MA has ever been prosecuted for this. I guarantee you there are people who are medical marijuana cardholders who also have gun licenses at the same time. This incongruency in state and federal law will have to change at some point.
