So I had this actual conversation with a person I know.

He says- "Flynn plead guilty to lying to the FBI."

I say- "How do you know he lied to the FBI ?"

He says- "He plead guilty."

I say- "You do know there is a difference between pleading guilty and actually lying to the FBI do you not ?"

He says- "What do you mean ?"

I say- "Look, Gen. Flynn is strong man. He lost his house, went through his life savings, owed $2 million in legal fees and he still stood strong. He wouldn't break. Finally, after 1 1/2 years of this, they threatened to throw his son in prison if Gen Flynn didn't agree to a plea. At that point he agreed.

But there is more. Before he plead they withheld from him the fact that the FBI agents that interviewed him said he didn't lie. They also withheld from him the fact that the FBI had cut a secret side deal with his original attorneys to pressure him. That's what I mean."

He says- "Oh, I see, hmm."
