There was a crazy puff piece in the WaPo to "position" her for Biden's VP slot, assuming she's a primary contender for it (which she seems to be), which veered into the realm of madness; the top of OP's photo was part of it (though they probably didn't realize the whole "looks like an eclipse" thing!).
