Well - they were likely arrested because they refused to comply with a cop that was telling them they are not allowed to assemble. But it is your obligation as a citizen to defy unconstitutional laws. There is nothing in the constitution that says these rights go out the window when there is a virus present that is slightly more deadly than influenza.
