Dude if you are hanging out with your friends and cops just come walking up because you are standing too close -- it does not matter than they drum up other bullshit charges - fuck cop fishing expeditions. There is nothing in the constitution that says cops have a right to shake you down when you are just standing around minding your business.

I get it. They are just doing their job. But they also need to be patriots enough to not enforce unconstitutional mandates.
