It's definitely 13 year olds. There are some 40 yo freaks as well mixed in, those are the predators that are too cowardly and/or lazy to actually follow through being a predator. Mentally, that's exactly what they are, quietly obsessing over 18-19 yo girls. If they find any younger than that, that's all the better. Hence, Democrat voters.
