I’ve been a nurse my whole life, in practice long enough to be sensitive to that question. Decades ago, we would horse around in the hospital. Only when it was dead, only to pass the time after the ‘chores’ were done and never when patients were around.

Shenanigans like playing urinal basketball on rolling stools, stretcher races, and putting drugs that make you have to piss in each other’s coffee. We were very cognizant of our professional image - and were careful not to get caught. We’d call out “knock it off” if a patient arrived, and it was back to business.

These Tik Tok nurses are a disgrace to the profession and damaging to the public trust. Recording themselves performing stripper-level sexual “dance” moves is one thing. Failing to exercise good judgement and posting it to the web is unforgivable.
