Unless Idiot Inslee has a time machine (he doesn't) and can go backwards in time and prevent the suspected infected person from being in contact with others, this won't do any good. Let's say an infected person went to the grocery store - do they now try to quarantine any person that was in the store at that time? They can't, as 1/3 to 1/2 the state would end up in lockdown. If they don't quarantine the people the supposedly infected person is in contact with, then why bother tracking them?

I don't think they should be tracking people - this is just another deep state gambit, in which the democrats reach for more tools to monitor and control citizens.

There was a news story initially about Washington state spending millions to buy a hotel to house homeless infected people. One of the first people placed there broke quarantine and went shopping in a convenience store and then wandered off.
