While I agree, he should just do it. The president can issue pardons for any reason, or no reason and it is perfectly within his power to do so. Let them autistically screech about it. No matter what he does, they’ll do it anyways....

Spezit: wow this is a rather unpopular opinion. I am coming from a place of “fuck it” though. Our POTUS catches shit no matter which way he turns, and all the while a true American hero is suffering and being dragged through the mud.

My intention is that it just stop. Flynn deserves his day in court, but my god....how much does a man need to suffer without SOME reprieve...

Pardoned for what?

No. We fight.

This was a coup. 0bama’s people also know Flynn has a hell of a lawsuit when the case is dismissed. This judge is 0bama’s homeboy and he knows it too.

The White House needs to file suit against the judge. He is attempting to prosecute a former member of the Executive Branch for actions undertaken in the process of his duties. it doesn't matter that he is no longer a member.

pardoning limits the options available to Flynn both in seeking damages for aggressive prosecution as well as holding office. It's like saying "he did it, but I'm forgiving him for it" when he didn't do anything wrong.

It would not be fair to Flynn to pardon him, he needs to be exonerated
