Separation of powers and the 3 co-equal branches of government. IMO this is another ploy to try and trap Trump into taking action that Democrats will claim is abuse of power or obstruction of justice by interfering with another branch of the government. The appellate court needs to strike this down ASAP.

Understood and I feel the outrage, trust me. But, the DOJ is in the Executive Branch and the courts are the Judicial.

This judge should be slapped down by a superior court within his own branch and a superior court is likely going to be asked to intervene at this outlandish conduct by the judge and his new proxy.
