Thanks for this comment. I was hoping that there is something that the SC is capable of doing without having to wait for this unjust hack to waste anymore time and resources delaying Flynn's vindication. It's an incredible sign of their desperation. Your comment deserves greater visibility rather than simply people being frustrated and feeling like we can never pull through.

Thanks to Mark Levin, that's where I heard about it. Heck, wouldn't even have to go to THE Supreme Court, just has to be "a supreme court" aka a superior court, which would include the appellate level.
