The idea of Flynn getting back into white house in some capacity terrifies the deep state after being acquitted.

The Judge know what he is doing is wrong. His plan is to delay the acquittal of Flynn as much as possible dragging it out till Nov. Election when he hopes Biden will win the Presidency.

Barr however can put and end to this Judge grandstanding.
