STRATEGY: You tell the mob boss that they're not the target. Then you immediately drop subpoenas for their key lieutenants. This is a not so subtle signal to the swamp rats, that they are the targets, unless there is reason to go after their bosses. In other words, spill the beans, or else. (media.patriots.win)
