This could be easily remedied. Take the inert components of the vaccine and do a double blind study. The only response (which may be present with the placebo) should be systemic inflammatory/fever, which is how the body reacts to anything it perceives as a threat.
A different group could be done each year, and longitudinal studies done to see if there are long term effects. The one big problem in a long term study would be finding people who don't normally get vaccines and haven't had them before, that are willing to do the testing and receive the placebo/inert vaccine. Essentially, you would need enough life long anti-vaxxers willing to get a vaccine to prove whether vaccine components are dangerous.

The theory is that if it acts as a zinc ionophore inhibiting viral replication (which we have evidence of) or changes the pH internally to the cell, both of these must be achieved prior to infection. That everyone seems to have a fetish for testing HCQ on already sick patients admitted to the ICU suggests that either the researchers are stupid (unlikely) or deliberately modifying the study to obtain the results they want (likely).
It prolongs repolarization of the heart, prolonging the QT interval. If the next heart beats happenings while the heart is still repolarizing this is considered an R on T phenomenon and leads to torsades de point and cardiac arrest.

That's because it's a retrospective study. Their clinical studies they like to point to as having more weighted evidence were designed specifically such that HCQ would fail (IMO).
There's exactly 1 clinical study that I'm aware of that Dr. Seheult talked about where they were test HCQ prophylactically or early in the disease process. I'm expecting it will support the retrospective analysis that early dosing halts or reverses the disease process.
But, as with the retrospective study, I would expect it will probably be swept under the rug as well.
Medicare/CMS was supposed to do a retrospective study of all of the Medicare/caid records about people with diagnosis of Lupus and RA and getting HCQ to compare with new diagnoses of these same people getting COVID 19. That's why the 2 or 3 clinical studies that everyone found so "disappointing" had the results they had. They 1) waited too late in the disease process to start and 2) almost deliberately designed the study to test an effect that we know HCQ can't possibly achieve.

It prolongs repolarization of the heart, prolonging the QT interval. If the next heart beats happenings while the heart is still repolarizing this is considered an R on T phenomenon and leads to torsades de point and cardiac arrest.
It doesn't happen often, most are fine, but given that we are talking about sudden cardiac death, this is not a benign issue.

That's because it's a retrospective study. Their clinical studies they like to point to as having more weighted evidence were designed specifically such that HCQ would fail (IMO).
There's exactly 1 clinical study that I'm aware of that Dr. Seheult talked about where they were test HCQ prophylactically or early in the disease process. I'm expecting it will support the retrospective analysis that early dosing halts or reverses the disease process.
But, as with the retrospective study, I would expect it will probably be swept under the rug as well.
If you ask RA or Lupus patients that take this they will tell you they rarely get colds or flu.
Medicare/CMS was supposed to do a retrospective study of all of the Medicare/caid records about people with diagnosis of Lupus and RA and getting HCQ to compare with new diagnoses of these same people getting COVID 19. That's been over a month ago that it was announced - I would expect that would come out pretty soon since the information is already in hand through the billing system.

It looks like ventilation isn't working because it may be thrombosis-induced hypoxia that's killing people. Either the virus attacks the endothelium or the oxidative stress precipitated by the inhibition of ACE2 triggers a coagulation cascade that then causes thrombi to form.
Waiting until that point means you're either going to lose patients because of lung damage, heart damage, from stroke, or from the effects of limited O2 sat. HCQ needs to be used early or prophylactically.
