Because veterans with severe heart, lung and organ malfunction problems were dying on ventilators, finally died taking HCQ, then TRUMP WILL DEFINITELY DIE FROM HYDROXYCHLORONQUIMS

Got to use a known health improver as a placebo so the differences are minimized. What did they use? Vitamin C.

Zinc! No we will do a study with just Hydroxychloroquine and we will give it late (cos we are serious doctors). It is all too "complicated" for modern medicine.

Several studies. And the HCQ/zinc mechanism can be explained in one paragraph to a third grader.

Really, the timing is more important in that particular study. They gave it to people who were already being intubated as a hail mary and then claimed they died while being treated with HCQ.

No shit, sherlock, they were about to die no matter what. Now try giving it to them the day they get a fever and see how many of them end up needing to be intubated at all.

I hope Trump letting everyone know he is taking HCQ will change the protocol and all states will allow it to be prescribed at onset of symptoms with zinc.

The CDC/NIH recommended treatment guidelines - 124 pages and not a single mention of Zinc.

https://files.covid19treatmentguidelines.nih.gov/guidelines/covid19treatmentguidelines.pdf

Potus needs to start talking about Hydroxy+Zithromax+Zinc, so that they can no longer ignore the combination. While medicine certainly isn't one size fits all, with many serious illnesses it takes a combination of treatments to help the patient maintain their health and improve.

The general safety of Hydroxychlorquine is well known. An EKG can help rule out long QT syndrome, and the retinal damage risks are for taking it long term (recommended screening every five years).

Playing devil's advocate - if they had conducted several trials with the combination and consistently given it as early as possible, I would consider the results more valid. They don't. Many of the current "trials" listed have inconsistent application. In some of them only a single dose of hydroxychlorquine was given!

Interesting no study has been done showing the safety and efficacy of using ventilators in Covid19 patients

Heard a ventilator kills you. Last resort.

Check out Joe Rogan: Michael Yo.

He almost died and his Doctor told the nurse putting him on a ventilator would kill him.

Is that a bit like life support??...I always thought putting critical car crash victims on life support was fatal. That deadly car crash didn't kill them...it was life support!! :)

There were an awful lot of doctors who warned that ventilators would make everything worse. And other people, like myself, who believed that making people worse was all planned. Just as putting covid-19 patients in retirement homes was all planned. Driving the death toll up as high as they could get it.

I Agree

Dr. Kyle Cameron-Sidell was sounding the alarms on ventilators early. His Twitter is a goldmine of frontline knowledge concerning oxygen via nasal cannula being much better than a ventilator.

The lack of isolation factors aside - the nursing homes didn't have the capability of treating these patients properly, and they certainly weren't equipped to handle any rapid declines. We've received nursing home patients that were verging on dying. They should have been in a hospital long before this. Some ended up on ventilators. Most of them so far have been discharged to homes. We have had a few deaths, but it is nothing like the news would have people believe.

They didn't give those vets the antibiotic or zinc w the HCQ on purpose so they could say it didn't work

The research suggests they started the regimen too late.

If you look at the body of papers that show HCQ's alleged ineffectiveness, it's because they didn't give it to patients until they were already at a point they required supplemental oxygen.

Surprise, surprise. Something that inhibits viral replication doesn't work once the damage has been done. Who knew?

HCQ + Zpak + zinc doesn't appear to be more effective than chance once the patient requires supplemental oxygen, ventilation, or has been admitted to the ICU. However, it appears based on work by Dr. Zelenko and from Italy that using it early in the disease process or prophylactically either reverses the disease process currently underway or reduces the chances that someone is going to actually develop COVID-19.

The studies were almost designed exactly opposite from what would would expect from something that's a known zinc ionophore. It's almost like they wanted it to fail...
