I think a lot of people, even those on this website would be utterly shocked to find out you can't even REALLY press charges or sue a pharma company due to US law. And those who squeeze through the cracks and manage to bring them to court never have their case public or in the news. If something is pumped in the headlines (like Moderna has been the past 2 days, and Remdesivir the past 2 weeks) their stocks will soar based on news. Can't have something like HCQ coming in to do the job for Pennies when Thousands will do.
