This could be easily remedied. Take the inert components of the vaccine and do a double blind study. The only response (which may be present with the placebo) should be systemic inflammatory/fever, which is how the body reacts to anything it perceives as a threat.

The one big problem in a long term study would be finding people who don't normally get vaccines and haven't had them before, that are willing to do the testing and receive the placebo/inert vaccine. Essentially, you would need enough life long anti-vaxxers willing to get a vaccine to prove whether vaccine components are dangerous.
The FBI raided an outpatient clinic in Michigan, treating people with Whu Flu with IV vitamin C. Closed them down and took all of their records. Don't know who demanded it, CDC or the half wit.

When have police ever attacked doctors busily and effectively treating patients before? What medical expertise do the FBI bring to the table above and beyond actual doctors? Have patients complained (isnt being alive to complain surely a sign that the treatment was effective!), who was the party with standing to justify this action? Is this appropriate in a climate when murderers and rapists are being set free from prisons - doctors are now a greater menace to society than murderers?
