A lot of trump haters are just spouting off anything they can. I saw one prediction along the lines of “tomorrow trump will backtrack this statement and claim he was just being sarcastic”. Many actually are saying “he should take an extra dose”, thinking they’re being snarky. People genuinely beleive that this drug will kill you, but I think subconsciously many of them don’t want trump to die because if they were no longer able to hate him then they wouldn’t have anything going for them in their lives.
