I think it's Neil watching out for Neil. He has probably invested heavily in a vaccine/therapy through the two options being touted right now. If something is pumped in the headlines (like Moderna has been the past 2 days, and Remdesivir the past 2 weeks) their stocks will soar based on news. Can't have something like HCQ coming in to do the job for Pennies when Thousands will do.
