A less obtrusive and easier fix: just have a basic text pop up or sidebar when trying to submit a link post that explains why and how to run it through archive first and at least half of posters will get the hint.
Let people submit the article. Then, in the background .win sends it to an archiver if is from an opposition source. Then the link is superseded. That way it doesn’t slow posting down.

And these comment vote buttons need to be larger too. My large man fingers can't seem to figure it out on a mobile phone.
