When the AG makes a huge announcement like that with the caveat that things could change and that it's based on limited knowledge, he's just being tactful. He's telling you plain as day that Obama will walk. If he didn't know he wouldn't guess, these are highly coordinated and thoughtful remarks, not some off the cuff comment.
