Yep, I agree with others here. Because he flipped for some reason, seemingly around Dec. 2019. He used to be a well-respected, very good Judge with a very good reputation. Sidney Powell's book, "Licensed to Lie", used him as the hero example in the case of Senator Ted Stevens, who was also accused of something that was not true, was not re-elected because of the accusations, but later exonerated (and subsequently "died in a plane crash" because the mechanism for detecting proximity to mountains, etc. in the airplane he was a passenger in, had been somehow turned off).
