Oh, you mean the organization that was created a century after his tenure?

STFU, moron, I'm not falling for that. I didn't say they needed to be approved by the bar, i said they had to be an attorney and licensed to practice law. At the time, he met the requirements for practicing law and was in fact an attorney.

Is that really the best you have? I expected more from people on this board.

Where is the statute that says that you have to be licensed to be the Attorney General of the United States. Michigan license? Florida License? Any license? You get worked up but can't show me proof. I hold that any person confirmed by the Senate can hold the office. You call BS. Show me.
