Per the Brietbart article in this post (and I changed it a bit) sociopathic media "and others", would rather see people die (and we absolutely have seen thousands die who probably would not have if the Left and MSM hadn't told everyone it did not work, if they had simply been prescribed HCQ, Zinc and a Z-Pak early on) of the coronavirus than saved by something Trump supports.

There have been all kinds of articles on the internet in the recent past by doctors around the US and the world, who regardless of what MSM, etc., said, used that combination on their own patients with great success. I have read many of them. IDK why people would just believe MSM, that it doesn't work. MSM hasn't been truthful to us for years, why would they on this subject? I believed the President, but luckily, so did doctors who were interested in trying to save lives.

Its called appealing to authority.

As long as the media can keep pushing that they themselves are a moral authority of Truth. People will not question the narrative that is given to them. That is why the tech firms and media work in concert because it destroys that pillar on which their whole house is built.

If you look at history, at the start of this nation hundreds paper and leaflet outlets existed in the colonies pre and post revolutionary war. Eventually money people started to figure out you could sway public thought through paper and sought to shink the access and distribution. We've seen though through history (the Pulitzer and Hearst spat is a great example), now we're seeing it happen in real time because of the internet has such a large reach. The powers at be can no longer keep the genie in the bottle. So they have to discredit it via logical fallacies.

Like many think, unfortunately, & like I admit I even thought many years ago, "The MSM woulc not lie to us! Would they?"

Honestly it is reinforced in pop culture. Clark Kent and Louis Lane for Daily Planet heavy in the silver age enforced this thought.

Probably why people didnt like Jay Jonah Jameson in Spiderman because he acted against Spidey instead of cheering him on.

Alex Marlow (of Breitbart) is rather dismissive of HCQ. If you call and ask about it, he'll ask where you got your medical degree. It's snarky, though he'll say "I don't mean to sound snarky.", as he does it. Anyway, there are all too many people who don't want HCQ+Zn to be effective, claiming there are no supportive studies.

That's an entire topic of its own, but there are enough success stories that if I find myself dealing with this bug, HCQ+Zn is the first thing I'm going after.

People like the guy at Brietbart, talking like that, I feel is really not on POTUS side in the first place. I believe the President had info HCQ was the best bet from the start, and simply told us. I believed him. Since then, there is a lot of evidence from doctors that it works if people would just look around the internet. Plus, I know someone who takes HCQ for arthritis, and it doesn't cause problems for him. Plus I talked to a guy on here, he is in the medical field, and he had it BAD as did his Dad, and then another elderly man related to someone here. All had CV, all took HCQ and all survived. So I agree with you. First thing I'd take, even if I had to go out of the state to get it prescribed.
