This is a drug that is sold over the counter all over Asia and Africa. It has literally been taken by billions of people to treat and protect against malaria, and then lupus and rheumatoid arthritis since the 1940s and is one of the must-have drugs listed by the WHO. The safety profile of Hydroxychloroquine (H/CQ) did not just change after 70 years simply because the President touted it as a possible therapy. H/CQ has been an extremely low risk, commonly prescribed, (world)widely used drug by billions for 70 years.
It is considered safe for children, pregnant women and seniors. Hundreds of millions use it today. If H/CQ were that risky, hundreds of thousands of people in Africa and Asia should be keeling over daily from heart failure thanks to H/CQ. It is FDA approved. If it were truly even remotely a legitimate threat, there would be countless evidence, data and reports of its harm. There is none! According to the WHO (2017); "Despite hundreds of millions of doses administered in the treatment of malaria, there have been no reports of sudden unexplained death associated with quinine, chloroquine or amodiaquine, although each drug causes QT/QTc interval prolongation."
I mean, if you want to inform yourself and dunk of some libtards, CTR+F "Chloroquine" and read all the parts discussed, several significant sentences, bulletpoints and graphs that back up what we already know - the drug isn't dangerous, it doesn't cause heart attacks or cardio toxicity (confused with the QT interval prolongation), the case in which it was harmful was someone who had preexisted condition AND was overdosing on the drug AND taking it for a very long time. No shit. Tylenol will kill you too if your heart sucks, you eat a dozen of them once a day for a year.
*** Veteran Administration and Dept of Defense use 42,000 doses of this drug The on any given day. “The media has not reported this accurately, The Report (done on HydroxyChloroquine) was not a VA-study, researchers took VA numbers, they were not clinically reviewed, they were not peer reviewed and they did not even look at the various comorbidities that the patients in that study had. (underlying or preexisting conditions).”
I also like this:
"Researchers at NYU's Grossman School of Medicine found patients given the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine along with zinc sulphate and the antibiotic azithromycin were 44 percent less likely to die from the coronavirus. The study looked at the records of 932 COVID-19 patients treated at local hospitals with hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin.
More than 400 of them were also given 100 milligrams of zinc daily.
Researchers said the patients given zinc were one and a half times more likely to recover, decreasing their need for intensive care."
This is ludicrous.
