Don't you know the Bill of Rights are just guidelines, and executive order guidelines signed by governors are the unquestionable law of the land.

Is there a source on this other than the image? I would love to display this as "evidence one" of the tyrannical bullshit.

facebook: class action law suit against the state of illinois and jb pritzker. I sent this to the DOJ I have emailed them with information from this group at least twice a day. You know he has interest in the company that is doing the testing in Illinois and is boasting we are doing more testing in Illinois than any other state. He is making more money off Covid than any governor of any other state is the real story. The person who organized the page showed the letter she passed along to McLean County.

I have seen the list of expanded powers that he filed for on Friday. He called a special session (JPAC) for tomorrow. They are all butt buddies which is really scarey. I did not notice this specifically but there is the use of state police to enforce his orders which would automatically be laws. There are fines of $2500 and up to two years in jail for not submitting to his rule.

I doubt it would happen. If it does they just open themselves up to massive lawsuits and more. They're thinking short term. They're not going to get away with a lot of this stuff.

What I do want to see is the Federal Government remove any legal protections public workers and officials have regarding their actions during this crisis. After it is over everyone who violated any local, state, or federal law in their actions regarding this is fully accountable personally. To both civil and legal penalties.

this guy is a billionaire and part of the Hyatt family. I actually do believe he thinks that he can do what he wants and I do think the Dems in the cesspool we call DC are propping up these Governors with promises that they will be rewarded. They won't. If the Dems win or lose this economic shutdown to make Trump look bad they will not come through for him. They use people and nobody is too big to use.

The lawsuits are coming... Any expanded powers on the list he presented on Friday are unconstitutional. I feel so forgotten. I was hoping the Federal Government would do something. Just lip service so far. Maybe they are waiting for tomorrow. The DOJ has been contacted over the last week continuously by the group I am a part of. There is a downstate group of about 6 counties that have their own plan and are claiming that they are following their plan. I hope they stand up to him. This special session to give him expanded power was the result of them presenting him with the plan.

That would be nothing compared to what I have seen. The memes are memes of your dreams.
