He actually is a Pediatrician. You know, the guy who suggested you let a baby be born and then have a discussion about whether to let it live. Infanticide. It's a crime. There were also accusations of him being handsy with girls. And he appears to be simple-minded/brain pickled. Just a tool. It's hilarious that his handlers let this get by them.
