I have no faith the media will ever be reigned in. It isn’t even about their politics, it’s about the complete lack of journalism now and the endless lying and fear mongering. The news died years and years ago. First in Newspapers, then TV, then the mainstream internet.
Social media’s no better at this point, at least not now that Facebook and Google and Twitter and Reddit and the rest actively censor people with competing viewpoints against the established narrative. The Donald definitely censors people in the sense that this is a pro Trump kind of site, but side from that and child porn type stuff, you can pretty much do or say whatever you want, and it’s not like someone couldn’t make a sleepyjoe.lose site to compete with similar rules.
We need freedom of information exchange to return. Controlling the news from one central group of people’s the problem. We need more sites like The Donald. The media’s basically a terrorist organization at this point.
