However, intelligence and behavioral traits also have a genetic component to them, so why would we assume that groups of humans evolving in totally different geographic locations wouldn’t also develop different intelligence and behavioral genetic traits? Of course they would. Why would we assume groups of people with different genetics wouldn’t develop different cultures? Of course they would.
That’s not to say that ALL people of a certain group behave a certain way, or should be treated a certain way under the law. Obviously, there’s a huge variance. However, there are general trends.
