-extend her emergency powers
-attempt to make trump look bad for not giving her money. "OMG Trump doesnt care about us. people are dying in this flood and trump is withholding americans" and the media will hammer this all the way until election day, in the same way they blame trump for corona.
Lots of jobs in lots of industries got shutdown and postponed around the country when the lockdowns started becoming apparent, gonna real interesting this fall to see what moves forward or if others keep pushing their maintenance back.

Yooper Pede here. Our city just recieved a notice that our water plant does not have employees with the required certification to properly run our plant. They cant get anyone for the job and cant get current employees to go for higher certifications. Why would you, when you get more money from the teet of the government than you do for working?
