As a Kentuckian in one of the larger cities in the state I can confirm that people don't give a crap what our idiot governor says. There is maybe 1/3rd of the people here wearing mask even though it's "required" And frankly the business owners and employees and don't care what the governor says either and I love seeing it

I would suggest that robbing a convenience store in most rural areas of this state will find you in need of something more substantial than a mask to protect you. You are much more likely to die from lead poisoning than any China virus.
