My son got an email from Facebook saying his account was hacked. He had to send them a pic of his ID to get his account back. He did that and then they answered by saying his account was disabled because he violated their “terms of service.” My son has over 2k friends over eight years and has posted conservative memes and posts. They won’t tell him what he was disabled for only that it is final. Has this happened to you or anyone you know?

For sure. He’s already had some of his left leaning friends get redpilled. There is hope for for the 30+ YO generation.
He should have never sent a copy of his ID. Sorry but that's just not a smart thing to do with any social media.
Also, yes, FB is silencing conservatives and they have been doing so since at least 2015.
Sending ID is what FB requires to get your account back if it gets hacked. He didn’t want to do it, but read it in their terms.
