Her memo totally reads like a cover-my-ass letter.

Is this in regards to the "bizarre" email she sent to herself so she and her master could have plausible deniability? So they could wave this email around and say "hey, we said BY THE BOOK!"

Would this really hold up in court?

I’m sure she wrote a follow up email to herself: “Dear diary, let this e-mail serve as a record that everything I’ve ever done ever has been TOTALLY legal. And I’m glad I can get that off my chest”

I cannot imagine how the media would react to a Trump staffer writing such an email to themselves about something they even slightly perceive as shady. They would flip their shit.
