You're right that I doubt it would hurt, but I question its' effectiveness and reach. I personally share memes online but mostly advocate talking to people in real life. I share my views with my friends and family and feel it's easier to convince someone to change their view by having real life interactions with them versus discussions online, though those can prime the field.
Keep in mind there are lots of bots and people paid to post so you would be spending (wasting?) lots of time arguing with people who aren't going to "change their mind" regardless. Anything to do with politics online is saturated with shill accounts at this point so I recommend either focusing on in person chats or making and responding to videos so that you are sure it's a real, authentic person.

If we wanted to fuck with Craigslist we should like.post fake ads waste the time of able bodied communists.
