I hope they do ban Trump. He’d instantly throw off any protection they had as a supposed ‘platform’ since he has violated no rules on their platform ever, and all of the fake social media sites would have hell rained down upon them.
Banning him would be like striking down Obiwan at the end of Star Wars. He’d become more powerful than they could possibly imagine. Twitter would also lose a good portion of its users that aren’t bots or paid shills if a relatively uncensored platform got a push from someone like Trump. I say relatively because everybody but the left can usually agree that child porn shouldn’t be allowed.
