I don't wear a seat belt in all locations numb nuts. I only wear it when I need it. That is exclusively in a moving vehicle. It also only protects me and not necessarily the people around me.

I do wear a seatbelt but I'm not so crazy about forced seat belts myself. Should we ban motorcycles or skiing? They are both dangerous and nobody really needs to do it. It would probably save lives just to ban it.
