Why would someone feel the need to document that a task was done ‘by the book’? Does that mean that everything else WASN'T done by the book? That’s like a chef saying ‘For the record, I totally didn’t spit on your food last Saturday at 4:02pm”.
I would assume not many when the former NSA states "by the book". Not only once but 3 times in one email. I suspect we had something to do with Benghazi too given the grotesque negligence and repeated lying from Susan Rice about the provocation.
I'm disappointed that I never suspected these people and agencies were this corrupt during the Obama administration. I was never a fan of the Obama era but I was naive not to suspect malfeasance.
You always knew within reason that government overreach and surveillance were concerning but what we have learned from the Obama administration is truly terrifying. Before, I assumed these people were ignorant and stupid when it came to policy making. That is not true. These people are very cunning and dangerous. Thank God for President Trump and the administration. They have exposed the Deep State. I believe they have overplayed their hand here and we may have acted just in time.
I'm not convinced she wasn't in the room when Flynn was discussed at all. Easy to clear up by getting them both under oath in front of the senate at the same time. Or go right for Obama.
Or you want people to think you were NOT there... "So there I was, riding my bicycle to the school, where I was always a normal student. Definitely not an adult pretending to be a student that year, in order to participate in a staged mass shooting."
I think it was Bill Engvall who did a "there I was" skit back in the 80's that always stuck in my head. He was talking about how the letters people write in playboy always start with "there I was..." "There I was, smeared in motor oil and she walks in with a saddle and a pair of jumper cables..." lol
sorry, has nothing to do with this post, but the "there I was" reminded me.
May the KeK be with you OP

And three weeks after the meeting, minutes before Trump Inaugurated.
I always send emails to myself when I'm covering up for treason, it's totally normal.
I also didn't spit in it at 4:03pm and 4:05pm.
4:04pm - all bets are off.
“Dear diary, two weeks ago I drove to the park and I happened to follow the rules on the way there.”
"So I bet you're wondering how I got here..."
Record scratch.
Cue Fresh Prince rap
She wasn't at the meeting and was directed by Obama to write it to shift the blame onto Comey if things went south. This is a brilliant analysis that provides good justification for this view: https://www.redstate.com/shipwreckedcrew/2020/05/20/has-susan-rice-made-herself-a-target-for-durham-probe-with-langauge-in-her-cya-memo/

Yep. Graham needs to step up and get to work. 4 years of this and no one one held accountable is long enough.
To save his own ass? No honor among thieves. Oh, you're talking about Graham. Thought you were talking about Obama or Comey.
Or ask Sally Yates as a 3rd confirmation.
...Yada yada yada, that's how I ended up in the drunk tank.
Or you want people to think you were NOT there... "So there I was, riding my bicycle to the school, where I was always a normal student. Definitely not an adult pretending to be a student that year, in order to participate in a staged mass shooting."
"The night was sultry..."
