After Ben Carson’s announcement I worry about our right to choose what goes into our bodies. https://www.newsmax.com/t/newsmax/article/622273?section=Newsfront&keywords=ben-carson-mandatory-vaccinations-right&year=2015&month=02&date=02&id=622273&oref=duckduckgo.com

Cursory searches are showing all three of these points to be false. Also, you cited an instagram image as a source :(

powershellder 9 points ago +10 / -1

He has links to sources on his website: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/news/government-corruption/gates-globalist-vaccine-agenda-a-win-win-for-pharma-and-mandatory-vaccination/

Care to provide the evidence you saw that these claims are “false”?

I actually don't. The 'source' is a highly biased individual. who is neither a scientist nor a statician. On the other end of the spectrum, there's a TON of debunks, but almost all are SIMILARLY highly politicized, so I don't really care to post them. I'll be goddamned to put snopes on here, anyway.

I do see some things, like the rise in Indian polio arising from a single study, that was later countered and pointed out it was a statistical confirmation bias issue, not a Gates foundation problem.

That said, I don't care to defend Bill Gates, so I'm not going to waste any more time on this. Feel free to believe Robert F Kennedy Jr. Also, it's bad karma to disagree with conspiracy theories here.

Edit - I did find ONE reasonable source IRT Gates Polio - https://www.businessinsider.com/coronavirus-conspiracy-bill-gates-infowars-2020-4?op=1

karma karma or fake internet points karma? Just wondering bc I would wager 99% of us here don't care about fake internet points karma and if you do then you should rethink that.

Thanks. Interesting read. I'm not a fan of mandatory vaccines at all, especially if they've not been safety (and placebo) tested for significant lengths of time. My thinking is more along the lines of Rand Paul.

They mention 100 measles cases in 14 states. Would be interesting to know how many of the individuals that got measles were already vaccinated against measles. One reason placebo testing is important.

Also like the last line about possible links to autism.

though the assertion has been discredited in the medical community

Im skeptical by nature so any assertion 100 percent that something could never happen always makes you think. Discrediting is not the same as proving beyond a reasonable doubt, granted this is not a court.

I’m not against vaccines because I think they cause autism. I just don’t need them and they have really toxic ingredients

1
realJohnBarron 1 point ago +1 / -0

There is no doubt they have some toxic ingredients, that's for sure. This also poses difficult questions for individuals that have communicable disease that do not have cures, such as HIV.

VivaElEmperadorDios 5 points ago +5 / -0

They will put a bullet in me before they put a vaccine or an immunization record in me.

5
Soulmask 5 points ago +5 / -0

Not taking a vaccine that only kill people 80+ with other conditions and people with no immune systems that can be treated by Hydroxychloroquine.

They can inject my corpse.

pedewithweed 2 points ago +2 / -0

Wouldn't put it past them to actually do that

This is from 2015. What has Dr. Ben Carson said as of late?

Yup

infinitysupreme 3 points ago +3 / -0

Last two times I got vaccinated I lost consciousness, so, I'll pass (out)

Hm. Thanks. That was 2015, and the situations have changed a lot in 5 years. I know my positions have in some respects. I’m curious to know what his current position is.

1
Brendancs0 [S] 1 point ago +2 / -1

I doubt it’s changed especially considering the circumstances

2
TrumpTrain 2 points ago +4 / -2

Mandatory vaccines are the end of all freedom. Everyone should get vaccinated for our wonderful and proven vaccines, but when government mandates that you inject your body with whatever they approve, it’s the beginning of the end. That’s the most dangerous slippery slope ever.

5
realJohnBarron 5 points ago +5 / -0

Can't disagree with you here. Once the government can put a substance into your body against your will that's it.

I was military, and did get all the vaccines although did my best to avoid the anthrax vaccine due to the bad press around it. The forcibly injected part is the issue most people have (at least that's what I believe to be the case)

Isn't it true that most people today are not vaccinated against smallpox except for the military

I'm by no means against them, I just don't want the first round. I'd wait a year or two before getting in line

It looks like it's not one of the required childhood vaccines according to the CDC website: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/child-adolescent.html
