Now I want to preface this by saying that we cannot get too cocky—hubris will be our downfall. We absolutely need everyone to get out and vote for pro-Trump politicians in primaries and the general. That being said, I believe it is possible Republicans make gains major enough that we could pass amendments to the Constitution.
I would like to see the following personally:

An amendment extending the 1st Amendment's reach to internet forums such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, 4Chan, etc.

An amendment extending the 2nd Amendment to clarify that it indeed applies to modern and future weapons, and that there are to be no laws prohibiting citizens from buying weapons of any kind. That means tanks, full auto, everything. Open carry in every state.

A single-subject amendment that ensures that all laws only tackle one subject. This would stop all the pork barrel shit and lefty ideas from being crammed into laws. It also would make the law easier to understand.

An amendment clarifying the 4th prohibiting government agencies from tapping individuals' phones, internet, etc. without a warrant.

Revise the 14th amendment to remove birthright citizenship.

To add to number 3, what if bills must be personally read in full by the member submitting it on the floor.
Maybe once a bill is passed and signed by the president, it must be vetted for constitutionality by the courts. If found unconstitutional, a second round of voting must take place in the legislature. If it passes the second round, and the president re-signs, it is enacted but opens all legislators and the president up to lawsuits, personal liability for all infringements.
Term Limits for ALL of government, Congress, employees, except the supreme court.
