California has enough conservative voters. Much of the state is very red, SoCal included.
More importantly, they have Majority conservative voters.
The Blues get in through Myriad levels of vote-fraud, and even then sometimes just barely.

We make it a federal law that all firearm sales to follow the same rules and stipulations as that states voting. No background check for voting? no background check for firearms. Automatically registered at the DMV? Automatically approved for any firearms purchases. Dont need to show ID at the ballot? Dont need to show ID at the dealer.
