He did his part already when he helped kill Net Neutrality. It's up to us now to hold these companies responsible, or start using the alternative platforms. Frankly, I think it's wise of him to stay out of it. Our rights need to be defended from the people and up, not from on high and down.
Plus people need to understand that creating more laws/regulations won't solve the underlying problem that selective enforcement has been allowed for the current batch of laws, and that will also happen to any new ones.
What needs to be fixed is the selective enforcement. Social Media simply needs to be forced to function as either platform or publisher instead of cherrypicking the parts of each as they see fit.

Voter rolls are public records, it would be really easy to investigate and prove if the fact checkers would do more then ask the accused party for their explanation, and then take it.
