Plus people need to understand that creating more laws/regulations won't solve the underlying problem that selective enforcement has been allowed for the current batch of laws, and that will also happen to any new ones.

What needs to be fixed is the selective enforcement. Social Media simply needs to be forced to function as either platform or publisher instead of cherrypicking the parts of each as they see fit.
