Turns out this oppressed black victim is suffering from a mental illness (no doubt caused by white racism) and was a patient at this facility at the time of the "incident".
The "incident" was provoked by the white devil who (expressing his white privilege) decided he could lie down in any bed of his white choosing. Predictably, the white devil chose the bed of the oppressed black man prompting the oppressed victim of racial discrimination to bravely lash out in defense of his civil rights.
